Camera not working
So for weeks I was trying to figure out how to make the camera work. Go to your iPhone settings to the YW tool app and turn off the cellular data on that app not your phones cell data but just on that app.

iPhone 15 and up
Bought this really excited to clean mine and my husband’s ears and tried all the work arounds in the comments. Have an iPhone 14. Seems to work for iPhones 15 and 16.
It works it works!
It does really work! I thought I had junk the reviews on here are right, please turn the phone in airplane mode and the camera turns right on. Once you connect the device. It will say no internet connection, that’s fine. Just can’t use cellular service. They should note this in the instructions.
Don’t buy
Doesn’t connect shows no connection even after restarting it plenty of times.

Does not work
I read the reviews on everything nothing works, I have an IPhone , I tried Airplane mode, didn’t work, please help
How to use
The app wasn’t working for me, but figured it out, all you have to do is search up the app in the Apple settings, switch it to local network and switch off cellular data, no need to put your phone in airplane mode and it will work.
IT WORKS!!
at first it does show that it is connected to WiFi and still doesn't work, however it only works for the IPHONE 15 and up. Once you download and connect to WiFi, turn on airplane mode and it will work.

Once I read the reviews the camera worked great the trick was to be in airplane mode for it to connect but they did it .
