YY Circle - Get flexible jobs

i had to delete my account for some reasons. I wanted to make one new account using the same phone number but instead i guess they banned my phone number from signing up an account

Ever switched to iPhone 8 the interface has shrunk a lot for example on cancel page I only see sick and funnel arrangements but no c other vip event also has been cut off the option of agree or disagree box

Scheduled to work from 5pm-11pm. However banquet went overtime. Last course has not been served and it was 11pm already. Raise issue up to manager but he assured everyone to go back to work and will be paid till 11.30.in the end OT Was not paid by hotel as they refuse to admit. The person in charge refuse to help out on this situation. Honestly quite stupid for staying past scheduled time. Even told incharge that I was staying so he was Aware. But nothing was done.

Kicks u out of the system after collecting 3000++ points And their system is real bad since they always delay their payments and not organised for the staffs. When we rch the venue they just leave us thr for us to settle everyth as if we know whr to go afterwards

The app has a good concept. However there are very little jobs on it. I also had a bad experience from a recruiter from the app. I was introduced to her by my friend to work at a certain outlet that was under YY. I went out of my way to her office in the morning to meet her JUST to download the app. When meeting, she told me to free up my weekends as she would only need a pt for the weekends (which was what my friend said, that she was looking for pts for weekend shifts). i worked there for one weekend and went i sent my schedule for the next, she did not give me any shift . I asked for friday and sunday. That week, she only sent out the schedule for monday-sat, when i pmed her to ask if i had a shift on sunday. she answered me hours later only when i double texted. She told me that she would check back with me by 5pm, however she didnt and i had to go text her at night again to check. she told me that maybe she would put me on a shift the next week and i said ok. Then I checked today, without any notice, she removed me from the work gc. I feel very displeased with how this agent acted as she could have atleast sent me a text to say that she didnt need anymore pts or literally any heads up instead of just removing me.

Their service is Ground Zero..!! Payment has been late (3-4 working days), customer service support was unhelpful and rude. Treated humans like dogs over the phone. One of the WORST Flexi-jobs App & Company in SG. Their staff Rachel was super rude towards part-timers,over the phone.

I have already applied for the job and when I arrived at the job, the job security said there is no my registration in their list and asked me to contact the in charge. Then I called the in charge many times and no reply. Edit: please add the information if I need to tell the manager in advance.

The app helps to find part time job very easily and all the jobs are quite food for me the pay all are reasonable. And I can’t end the review without saying about my agent *KIM* she help me every time to find job and all my pay will be settled faster. She is very kind and very helpful for us especially as a student for me. Thank you Kim for your support and thanks to YY Circle.

My sincere appreciate to Kaylene and Kim for their assistances in my working experience with YY. Kaylene has been giving ample information and instructions on where I am required to work and her support/service on direction on my new and next working location. She has been helpful on briefing me on the do’s and don’t during my working hours and she take her time and effort to answer to any of queries. Thank you.

So far the jobs offered are $8 to $12 range, which is decent for as hoc part timers. Jobs are mostly servers/ kitchen related. For those who are new I will suggest going there early to figure out the reporting procedures as their reporting is strict and will penalise you if you are late etc. don’t depend on the agents, so far my experience with 2 agents (Jun Hui & Kim) dunno what they are doing or cannot give clear concise useful details of what’s needed, where exactly to report, who to report to. Some jobs need you to pay for things like name tags for example which is paid only in cash and some of my new found friends find themselves stuck there, lol. I asked Kim for the specific location to report to 3 times no reply and the final one she said “same places” when she know it’s my first time. Lol. Go find people who worked there before to guide you if you are first timers. Otherwise the rest is pretty much the same already. The app has done its justice but the agents not really.
