The app is working as expected since the last upgrade. It's working well on my iPhone X and I haven't had any issues lately. Load balancing seems to be problematic, but that seems to be related to the installer.

The app doesn’t work after the last update. Finally I figured out that the chargers must be deleted and added again. You will need the chargers PIN code for this. After adding them as new devices, the app works.

Since iOS update I could not access my charger through the app!!!

Intermittent faults. Won’t connect to device every time, sometimes fails to charge. Weekly timer does not include a Saturday!? Why?

Sometimes does not conect. Sometimes does not charge on timer. The weekly timer only has 6 days in it. There are seven days in a week! We have had this app and Z box for about a year.

Latest updated killed the app. Crashes when trying to connect to the charger, now cannot charge my car. Brilliant.

Doesn’t do what it claims to do. Can’t set a regular charging time. It keeps defaulting to 00. Only works in plug & go mode. Access to help written in English might help

This app is a heap of rubbish, avoid if you can. Used by OEM EV chargers. It can only be used on one device even then fails to connect many times. The wifi is useless no better distance than blue tooth. Overall an absolute time waster. I’m sending my OEM charger back.
