Whenever I play for a while in the game it will always kick me out and back to the Home Screen and when I get back I will go back to a lower level and the things I have purchased with the coins are nearly all gone

Dear players, never purchase the “No Ads”.. I’ve purchase the “No Ads” and ended up with all the ads still playing.. what’s the definition of no ‘No Ads’ and what’s the purpose of purchasing it where you paid the price and the ads still keep playing.. seek for refund and they just tell you that it is not eligible for refund.. Super disappointed in such dishonest act.. Not recommending anyone to purchase anything in app..
