Time setting
I found that the time limit that the Bank set for whatever job I want to do e.g. log in or set up payee etc. is too short. If you can give me one minute that’ll help since not everyone can punch fast on the keyboard. Thanks.
Instruction to show customers
I want to transfer my money from saving to a 3 months time deposit; however, there are no instruction to teach customers. I am living in Canada now. What a stupid website, it cannot even send my concern

Very poor account procedures
After opened an account from the app, they sent me a ZA card to my HK address that I have provided. I was successfully activated my card. Then they contacted me for address proof, which is I can’t proof since I’m currently live overseas and because COVID I can’t return to HK, then they rejected my application. So what’s the point of virtual banking if there are many other banks that can provide the same services and I can’t open an account without physically in HK.
