It is very hard to sell something through Zadaa, the layout and search does not work good. Moreover, I hve experienced sent and ordered items being lost and very long delivery times. Not worth the time and money selling or buying here.

I have sold a jacket for 230$ and it was delivered to the customer - I have got her email and we chatted and she sent me confirmation she got the package. Zadaa never paid me back and refused to answer my emails and messages on social media. It’s been 2 years and I never got the money back. They are poor at managing customers and they ignore complaints. Don’t use it.

For the money they make from the insane seller fees (between 10-20%) they really should invest in app improvement. Searching for items is a horrible experience: - the filters are not accurate - you can't swipe through items - once you suggest a price, you can't go back - and suggest a higher price -when selecting brands, responsiveness is bad and you can click on one name, but another one will get selected - when adding materials, you have to scroll to 100% instead of being able to type in the number -above certain price, you are not able to add a specific price, you can only select proces and the jumps are first 50kr(7€) then at another level 100kr(14€) -you can't create a counter offer when a buyer suggest a price -you can't tag people when responding to their question, so they will never get notified if you reply -when you get notified someone saved your item and click on the notification, it takes you to their profile, instead of showing you the item -you can't remove your past suggestions, so you will forever get notified if the price changes even if you are no longer interested I like that this app has coverage outside of Denmark, and I've sold a lot thought it, but it has a really bad interface and user experience and i don't know how they are still getting away with it.

Utrolig dårlig services!!!

Er vild med appen normalt, men bliver ved med at bliver logget ud. Og når jeg endelig er logget ind igen, kan jeg ingenting stortest, den skriver bare et kryds..

Her til aften blev jeg lige pludselig logget ud af min profil og nu kan jeg ikke komme ind på den igen

Jeg har solgt 7 ting på appen, og hver eneste gang skal jeg selv kontakte dem, for at få mine penge udbetalt. Jeg skal gå igennem det HVER gang, og sende alt muligt bekræftigelse af sted - hvorfor ikke bare sende pengene afsted, til den konto der er registreret, og som i UDEN problemer, kan hæve pengene fra? :)

God app med god kundeservice, hvor det er nemt at sælge varer. Dog tager det noget tid før man får sine penge. Fair provision Zadaa laver af salgene. Men lidt tekniske problemer og man kan ikke sælge uden appen

Jeg ved ikke om der er sket problemer med appen. Men appen er blevet langsom og skal tænke i noget tid før man kommer nogen steder hen, når man er i likes hopper skærmen rundt og jeg kan ikke få lov til at købe noget. Få det nu fixet😤
