I have been to almost 50 countries in my life, and I have never seen a company like this. They called me to offer me an Internet package and I accepted it as they said there is no contract for this ..you can cancel any time. Turns out they made a contract without my knowledge and when I want to cancel the Internet package, I learned that a they said that they will make a request to cancel it after I showed them the proof - It took very long time, and no one called me at that time - meanwhile, they kept accumulating the bills and they send it to a lawyer, who literally talked with me over the phone in a very harsh way shouting the company will never call you back. You will always call and ask them to solve the problem, but they will never call you back. In addition to this, someone introduce himself that he’s from the sales management called me to solve the problem finally after months but he said it’s not something we will apologize for but we can remove some of the charge - I have never dealt with a company like this, and I will never again in the future. That’s not the whole story I’m just trying to make short. There are many other things like when I receive the line. It was a SIM card but for some reason, the staff forgot to activate it so he decided after two weeks of waiting to cancel it and he told me I will give you an eSIM instead.

A very good app that does almost all the things a customer needs but its very slow and btw its not related to the phone. I tried it on many many models. 16 pro, 14 plus, se2, xs, 13,12,
