By far you have the worst app functionality among all cell networks.. add that to your customer support. Trust me when I say I’ll be switching to a different cell network as soon as I land back in my home town 👍🏻

After the app update, I cant log into my account. I’ve tried forgot password and it popped up “Something went wrong”. All my previous credits expired since I can’t top up through the apps. Why bother updating if it only make things worse.

نرجو إصلاح مشكلة تمديد الصلاحية لماذا لا يمكن تمديد الصلاحية من خلال تطبيق زين العراق بعد انتهاء الصلاحية ؟ ونريد تقديم طلب تبديل شريحة قديمة قبل حوالي 10 سنين ما زالت لا تدعم أكثر من الجيل 3 رغم تفعيل خدمة الجيل 4 بشريحة جديدة تدعم الجيل 4 كيف ذلك ؟

Whenever I try to sign in It keeps saying: something went wrong, please try again! I don’t know why such as this big company can’t deal with an application.. so how can they service their customers in the real life👎🏻

توجد مشكلة في التحديث الجديد

تحديث وشكل سيء جدا القديم افضل بهواي
