Bad services , unprofessional employees , and lack of order
Zain Jordan should be closed off and all employees should be terminated for the lack of experience and professionalism. I have never experienced so low services and bad employees attitudes… Jain Jo is nothing but money collector … not recommended
Not user friendly
Hard to use the application
خدمه سيئه جدا. وعدم الالتزام بحلول. والموظفين على الرد لا يتجاوبون مع المشكله
انا خطي فاتوره وكل شهر انقطع من الانترنت ولا اقدر اتواصل مع الشركه. لمبلغ 5 قروش مع العلم اني اشحن بزياده. وموظفين الدردشه لا يتحملوا مسؤوليه الشركه. واجه مشكله دائما بانقطاع الانترنت. حتى في وفاه والدي وبتصعب الظروف. وانا ملتزم مع الشركه من 25 سنه وعميل دائم. ولا احصل على اي ميزه. لذلك سوف اقرر ان اغير الخط لشركه اخرى. ولا يوجد ايميل لنقل الشكوى.
