Imagine, you cross the border from switzerland to italy and in Como you want to charge your car. You have to download the app, enter all your personal details to find out, that you can‘t use it as an non italian citizen.

+ but allows registration for foreigners (the invoicing fields are a bit weird) + UI is simple but functional and intuitive enough - Only available in Italian - Activation of EVLink AC Stations is mad. Follow the instructions in the app, the the instructions in the station, then instructions in the app… miss one step and you have to start all over again

Ma chi cavolo ha programmato questa app ? Praticamente inutilizzabile. E ti scordi la ricarica dell’auto !

Dopo 290.000 km in auto elettrica mi sono dovuto arrendere …….app terribile una delle peggiori mai viste.

Non riesco a procedere con la ricarica. Ho un account registrato ma all’atto di attivare la ricarica continua a chiedermi i dati anagrafici e non va oltre.

In caso di non funzionamento non si può parlare con nessuno… nessun operatore che risponde al telefono di sabato mattina!!!! E se mi resta il cavo bloccato sulla colonnina???? Pazzesco!!!
