When I proceed to payment it either asks me for a VAT number? !!! or tells me error code 102.

Unpleasant
Very bad mean of communication.. i ordered an item and I wasn’t able to pick it up from the store within 14 days and suddenly i found that they returned it without even informing me as the price of the item increased !! And the customer service replied in a tough and rude way !!
Dissatisfied
This line is meant for home products. However, do not attempt to purchase anything online as you will receive your products broken (guaranteed 99%) due to the worst packaging on earth! I am very disappointed.

Vat number?!
The app asks for a vat number so i put zeros and it worked, better to remove it.
Mrs.
It kept asking about VAT # althout it is individual/personal account and I made sue if that because I was asked to 5 times in my chats . I chatted 5 times to ask about this problem and no one was able to solve it. I entered Zeros for VAT and it worked.
