So fking annoying for this sound of notifications

Very disappointing the way the customer support. The story is when we purchase something attractive offer due to something that we need, after purchase the offer and they remove some of the voucher/bill without any reason or notification in advance. So I contacting customer support inquiry and been told that technical issue and is ongoing to resolve it. The things is after a month still yet to resolve and they promise for refund, but at the end the service staff ask to refer T&C for refund condition. Up to today, there a lot voucher, coupon, bill is remove and not much attractive offer, any bundle package that purchase need to be careful, it’s like a trap, once purchase then later it’s gone and no where else can be use. To be honest, when the app first launch is does very attractive, but not now anymore. Please consider seriously.

Used to make utility payments via this app, but recently they no longer support bill payment to Air Selangor, DiGi and Unifi. Besides there is no any new add-in like TNB.

The app is easy to use but the credit card payment always fail. other payment method is ok.

Must use money to buy their coins and evoucher. Coins forfeited in a month if you do not use to pay one order. For evoucher, no way to use it, they put most shop voucher as out of stock so you got nothing to buy and wasted your evoucher expired, they do not refresh shop voucher in over half a month, don’t waste your money here.

when it Christmas i open the app it have the Christmas songs i really love the music and z city also have give me many free coin i always use z city to paid my telco bill and my house bill as well good job z city.

After updated to V3.25.0 , can’t tap on screen at all and tried to uninstall and reinstall again but still didn’t work . Pls fix it . Thank you
