You are not able to delete sms. So you can look forward to having an inbox cluttered with junk. MMS are not supported, so you are not able to send or receive screenshots/images, etc. Group messaging is also not supported but instead you’ll receive every sms individually and you’ll only respond to the individual instead of the group. Calls are good quality, hence the second star. The app is OK but could definitely use improvements to be on par with other providers. Zoho Voice has a lot of potential with integrations to Zoho CRM and once they improve their functionalit, in particular sms, I will gladly up my rating.

After installing it I keep getting a pop up asking me to rate it. Problem is no matter how many stars I select the submit button never get s focus, meaning I can fish the request. Only other option is to try later. So it keeps poping up, usually when I'm in the middle of sommething. I fianlly just deleted it becuase it was driving me crazy!!!
Our organization has immensely benefited from Zoho Voice and their Zdialer app. We had a lot of telephony configurations set in all of the Zoho apps using Twilio, but workflows were complicated and disintegrated from app to app. Zdialer has solved many of our needs and we’re looking forward to its constant progress. The Zoho voice team is responsive to our requests, bug-fixes, and feedback.
