Adding devices

I am not able to add more than 6 plugs

Bad software

Always find difficult connecting to the device. Bad software.

Very laggy

Does not update if the device has been switched off. Keeps showing the device as on as per previous time app was used. Need to go back n forth several times for it to refresh. Also would be great if you could add at what times the device has been switched on and switched off in the stats screen where it shows the electricity usage. Device is great but the app could be much better

poor connectivity

Notifications not coming in motion detection

Motion detection notification not coming. I have to open app and see the messages. In setting notification is enabled in both app and iPhone settings. Still the issue persists

No on off switch from app n no restart button All camera view shows horizontal in grid form but should show in vertical way cam1 then cam 2 below it Sometimes missing video footage problem Playback starts from 12 am but should start from 5 mins from current time. Cant keep screen awake while viewing the footage
