It doesn’t connect properly, takes a long time. Even the test to print don’t work and when I try to print it shows blank

Zebra’s Printer Setup utility makes Bluetooth printers manageable via the Cloud by allowing you to retrieve files from your Cloud storage provider and then transfer these files to your printers for faster configuration and easier software updates. This simplifies the management of your Bluetooth printers, dramatically improving your return on investment and increasing the productivity of your mobile workforce.

SUPPORTED PRINTERS:
The app supports Zebra printer models running Link-OS 3.0 and later and ZQ200 series, ZQ112, ZQ120, ZR118, ZR138 printer models that run the CPCL (Line Print) and ESC/POS command languages
IMPORTANT: The ZQ200 series, ZQ112, ZQ120, ZR118, ZR138 printers require firmware version 88.01.04 or later to work with this version of the app. Visit the support article link below for instructions on where to get the firmware and how to upgrade your printer.

Amazing app
Thank for this app, as an IT professional I benefit a lot when configuring zebra printers in a network. Thank you please don’t stop supporting this app
Programmed by a 6 year old with crayons
The intelligence of this app is horrible, and communciation with the zebra printers is deplorable. It takes literal minutes for a printer to be connected, then another minute to retrieve settings, all for it to then “lose communication”. Once that happens 20-30 times repeatedly, you question how a company doesn’t debug their work.

Unbearably slow
How is the app that accompanies $500 - $50,000 printers so unbearably slow? I have a brand new Zebra ZQ511. The only way to set it up is with this app and it is unbearable.

Ancient Trash
I have no idea how a company this old and large can make such a useless app. ZD421 is paired and it cannot discover it. The printer works on a PC fine wired and wirelessly, not an iPad Pro. Support site claims it works with iOS, but it I highly doubt it.
Ridiculous
This app hardly works. Really makes a great name for zebra.
Unacceptable
Absolutely unacceptable that Zebra does not have a functioning app for their printers. When we try to print to our ZD420 we just get blank labels. We have to use a custom driver via WiFi to print. Zero stars if I could.
