This app is the worst. And their busses are rubbish too. This app constantly forgets login details - which is a pain when you’re sharing login details because they don’t have decent multi login support …. In 2024! I can’t. It CONSTANTLY breaks and errors with some generic error when booking trips. It’s the bane of our schools existence.
STUPIDEST APP EVER USED. If we go somehwere if must allow to select or show a destination.I HATE THIS WASTING TIME ...

the app said that we leave at 13:15 and arrive at the destination 15 minutes later, but when i got on the bus at 13:15 they said we couldn’t leave for half an hour because 13:15 is the time that the bus arrives not takes off, which is not what the app said, so ended up being 30 minutes late.
It’s unbelievably badly managed and not worth the risk and hassle. They have left my son unattended at 9 pm after training in freezing cold weather and I had to get out of my job to go and get my son home. Another time didn’t show up at 5pm to take him to training and I had to get uber to take him to training which he was late for training. They are not bothered and they don’t care about it. When you call them they don’t even know what is going on or where the driver is even it has a GPS to track him.
I was travelling in zeelo on 16/12/2023 at 9:00am towards Boots warehouse in bus no. GT19JKT. As i have to read some of my study material i request the driver can you please low the volume of radio, instead of doing he yells on me and ask me to get off the bus. I have purchased my zeelo ticket everyday and travel in zeelo. Is this a behaviour of zeelo deiver to a passenger? Really very shameful. Please avoid to use zeelo. As their drivers are arrogant and don’t know to talk to thier passengers. Really shameful and disappointed as i complaint about this incident to zeelo customer service and still they don’t look into the matter
