There’s no body in customer client, I can’t delete and it’s taking money from my bank account almost one year for nothing… And when I do my best deleting, it ask for may details I can’t remember like when I open my account, and it needs to be done one day before payment… so… i do not feel good with this app

App didn’t work. I asked me to design from scratch then pay to post ads and wouldn’t give me option (as it would on FB) to add my city with state. I told me I’d get a free trial but made me pay upfront. I cancelled within about 15 minutes since it didn’t work. I got a message saying I wouldn’t be charged but I was. They revoked my access and still charged me and said if I did the free trial they could cancel. Again it made me pay upfront to do the “trial” their customer service is horrible.

I have had a great experience with Zeely. The promotion of my online store is really producing good results, which is exactly what I needed. I do not regret that I bought the plus version, because it paid off in full.

Very limited ad content and no place to request help. Requested a refund since didn’t live up to expectations and they denied me since it was processed already by credit card. I asked for the refund about sn hour after downloading. They Claimed that due to terms and conditions I agreed to at time of purchase, refunds only allowed before payment which makes no sense. It seems like a scam. Do not download!

I paid the fee however it’s a glitch and it won’t let me move forward to finish setting up my account

I use this app specifically to run and manage online ads and I get really high conversion rates on Instagram here. I love Zeely because it didn't let me down once again, like some other applications that sometimes hang and sometimes store information incorrectly... this happened to me before, unfortunately, and it took a lot of nerves and finally it stopped.

I signed up with this app with the intentions that this would promote my ad using AI. During the initial set up the categories listed did not fit my business services. Therefore, in order to, I had to manually set up the ads without AI services. I was also charged an additional $39.95 during the process in order to attempt the use of the service. Within three hours I contact customer service to let them know that their service was not suitable for my line of business and I would like like to request a refund. I was told under their terms and conditions refunds are not approved unless under certain circumstances.

I think I will like what zeely brings

Zeely creates content really well and the navigation of the application itself is quite clear to me. I have definitely decided on my favorite for permanent work.
