Having Issues
Every time I try to get on here to pay my rent, I get stuck on the enter your password page & have a devil of a time trying to get to where I can enter my password. This is a hassle that happens more often than not. Please fix this
Horrible app
When trying to make a payment it gives you the option to select a payment amount, other payment amount or a fee amount. Once the you select the one you need you add the denomination then it doesn’t give you the option to submit the payment. The only option you have is to exit & cancel. Completely inconvenient. Needs to be addressed and fixed so residents can pay their rent on time.
App needs to show the invoice number and/or your account number
I wish the app could show the invoice number and/or your account number that you are applying payment against so that it matches the statement received by mail. There is really no way to know what you are applying toward using the app. I recommend maybe adding the ability for the user to apply comments to the transaction so that there is a way to record of what invoice and/or account you are making a payment on.
Account set up
I tried to set up and account and the app didn’t allow up to create a new account. Used the link set my the property manager and still couldn’t set it up. Spoke with zero and they said I was not registered and offered no further assistance. Spoke with property manager again and he should me that on his end I was active in zego, called Zego again and they advised they could not help me- this time they didn’t even offer to look it up.
Glitchy but convenient
Currently unable to use it due to the "Make Payment" button stuck outside the screen 🤷♂️
Worthless
The fees are really ridiculous and they do charge backs when the money is in the account. I think this is just so they can acquire more fees. They are one of the many reasons I will be leaving my apartment complex because they will only let me pay through this worthless company. Please landlords don’t use this company they are not out to help you or your residents.
Bug
I cant pay my rent ridiculous
App display doesn’t work for iPhone
The display always cuts important buttons on iPhone which can’t be clicked. This needs to be fixed
Why does it take so long
Why it take so long for to take the payment out it will say processing for days before the payment is processed
