What’s the use of purchasing an expensive inverter if it’s main selling point is unusable.

Few days back, I got info your account got logged out. Tried to login again and not working, got the invalid username and password. Tried to reset and re-register also not working. Something got broken in backend, could you please have a look and fix issue as soon as possible
