It’s not bad , but like most word games, you need to buy a dictionary. There are words that I’ve known since elementary school that aren’t accepted by the game. For instance: eft means newt. I don’t usually stay long with word games that don’t know words. You also should have an option to not bother with the poems and quotes. Not bad as anagram solitaire. An erne is a sea eagle—sometimes spelled ern Gride means to gash or pierce with a weapon
The ads show an entirely different version from the one you actually download. So tired of games I think I’d like based on what they show and what you actually get.
In the ads for this game they claim no annoying ads. That’s completely bull. Just as many ads in the game as any other.
The ad I saw for this game said no annoying ads. They lied.
A habit forming game but its dictionary is very odd. Lots of common English words are missing. Many singular words are missing even though you have included the plural. Another issue is its power consumption. You need to work on reducing it. It drains my iPad battery too much. I've given up on this app for now and lowered my rating. Too many obscure foreign words, not enough common English words. With a good dictionary this would be a great game. Until then, bye bye.
Thank you!
I’ve played many word games that are all exactly the same, nothing special but nothing poor either. My problem lies in the fact that I downloaded the game from an advertisement portraying two people talking about word games with too many ads, when one of them said to play this one for an ad free experience. Indicating that this word game did not have ads is a blatant mistruth given that you have to pay extra to remove them. Maybe don’t advertise as an ad free game if you aren’t. If you’re willing to lie to me about that, what else are you hiding?
Love this game everyone
You advertised “no ads” but I’m hardly into the game and I’ve had three ads. Disappointing.
