Zenkit

I have tried Evernote, Clickup, Notion, TickTick and all the rest. Zenkit does everything I want better than all these others. There are some features I would still love to have that either haven’t figured out or are not available. Overall though it is really good so far.

Did you make changes? I can no longer move items from "done" to "to do"...I can't delete items from a list. Adding anything is now a convoluted, multi-step process. We have used this program for several years and this is very disappointing.

As it says on the tin, the developer really needs to sort this out.

As a new user to PM apps, it does everything I need it to do…..My issue is the calendar view. It seems like it is stuck in “zoom in” mode, and I’ve been unable to view the whole month at once without scrolling up/down, left/right. As a visual person, that close up view doesn’t work for me all of the time. I need the option to zoom in & out.

Cannot delete workspaces I followed the instructions that was listed in your help manual. To no avail Please make it part of the app so people like me who want to use the app are forced to use something else in order to do what your app was supposed to be able to do

I’ve tried countless productivity apps. This is by far my favorite in terms of ease, visual design, and features. I only wish they had an addition view section with drag and drop for time blocking out my day/week etc.

Truly an awesome app for productivity but lacks in the checklist area, there is no way to make sub tasks which can be very useful full large planning. There is a subitems option but that ruins the overall view of the board.

Please allow drag and drop features for tasks.

Preface: If you are a Scrum Master or into Agile Development or Extreme Programming project managing techniques...THIS IS PERFECT FOR YOU because you can maximize on the tools. if not: It is STILL AMAZING but you would benefit greatly if you learned about Agile development (fast paced project management techniques). START: This app is probably an app you never heard of. I found this app on the appstore of my linux ubuntu Desktop. I was amazed at the quality and depth and thought to myself, “gee if they have an app on mobile they are some pros”. Well guess what? They do. This app does what Jira and Other apps like Trello do but SO MUCH BETTER. Their UI design is PERFECT. You’d think some zelda devs build this thing because of how USEFUL the options are. I don’t know how many times I’ve used apps with apps that provide one way links to screens tucked away in some menu hidden in your profiles basement. It gets ridiculous. But these guys at ZENKIT know what they are doing. I’m VERY PICKY about the quality of the app I’m going to use. ZENKIT checks all of the boxes for me. Multiple views. Card data transfers modes when views are changes (I dont have to create an entirely new set of cards because i switched to spreadsheet view from Kanban View). ZENKIT utilizes object oriented programming attributes and it SHOWS. They know how to link and convert your cards easily. This is truly a well build machine. Anybody can write code...but NOT everyone can bring it together in such a functional way. I like the custom fields. I like stages. I like the mind map view and the wiki view. OVERALL GREAT WORK!!!

Perfect for what I needed taking on a new responsibility within the organization. Just wish it didn’t seem so slow to think between pages and syncing. Not crazy slow, just not what we’ve all come to expect from apps. Also, when trying to use the print option for a collection, it crashes the app every time.
