We need more coverage in Manila
I used to love the app until this week when I badly needed to book medical tests and the app gets stuck with a review page that keeps coming up even after submitting a review. One cannot do anything else on the app because of it. Please fix it!
This is now my go to app for all my medical and health services. I get my flu shots yearly with zennya and get regular blood tests every few months and massages every week, and online doctors consults as needed. Always professional and the medical and wellness products used in the services are top notch.
I’ve been booking, at least twice a week, zennya’s wellness services since I’ve arrived here in the Philippines. However, I’ve never once considered using this App for medical (perhaps bcz unconsciously I associated medical services to clinic or hospital), which I’ve quickly regretted after I received my first two medical services (covid test and flu test). I have to thank a friend of mine who vouched for the quality of zennya’s medical services which later on I’ve done to my family and friends. It truly is the most efficient, safest and even affordable medical home services available not just in the Philippines but also in the US. Highly recommended
This app had what I needed. I entered my name, email address, and credit card info. Ordered the service I wanted then this app required a Facebook account to be linked. Some people don’t have and don’t want a Facebook account. I deleted my credit card info. Giving this app a one star. Then deleting it. Maybe in the future, businesses might realize they are losing real paying customers because they require a Facebook account.

Zennya sent me a therapist that was on advance booking. They made me wait for an hour and As we were about to start the session zennya’s system canceled the session and their customer service had the nerve to tell me to book another one. THIS IS HOW ZENNYA TREATS THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS.
The actual services from the therapists are good, and I have no complaint. The actual app is faulty. The app froze and would not let me come off one of the sub-menus no matter how many times I closed the app and re-opened it. I decided to uninstall and then reinstall the app, but since doing this I have been unable to login to the app. The app assumes I'm trying to create a new account and notifies me that my account already exists and leaves me at the login page. I've attempted to contact customer service multiple times through texts and emails with no response from either.
Nice job , they did a nice job designing this app, of course it could be better, and I’m sure there working the bugs out. I have great ideas for them if there listening, but it does the job. I really like this app it’s Great when the therapists are available
It's been 2 weeks and I can't book a massage with my favorite therapist. I'm thinking of not using the app altogether! I've been wasting my time waiting for my booking to be accepted. I've patronized Zennya since it's launched and I don't feel that my loyalty matters. The ‘customer service staff’ explained that it’s because of growing demand. I don’t think that’s the reason. My favorite therapist had been available for like 3 hours and he’s not that far from me -but my booking was never accepted. Then the ‘staff’ further explained that the therapist was out of range. Zennya has been decreasing that range. I was able to book that therapist for a good of number of times even if he was in that location. That conversation is pointless and will lead to nowhere. Zennya app started with a promise but now is a disaster. The Zennya team will not go the extra mile (or even lift a finger) to console a dissatisfied loyal customer. They have a lot of reasons for the disservice but never take actions to save the customer relationship. PS. I avail Zennya services at least once a week on the average - and I can freakin’ prove that! After spending thousands of pesos for Zennya, I feel I deserve some ‘going the extra mile’ customer service. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED.
