So I like to post a lot on ZEPETO and when I tried to live stream on your new update something pops up saying my devise can’t live stream so can you please change that❤️

So I got a acc a couple weeks ago and I bought a lot of stuff on it and my friend met her on zepeto and yeah anyways this girl not my friend but this girl ima call her zep so I asked zep if she wanted to hang zep said yeah but she said she goes into ppl acc and buy zems on there acc so I gave her my info for her to do it now she is in my acc zep changed the password so now I can’t get in and I made a new acc to ask her why she did that and she blocked me SO ZEPETO IM SUPER MAD CAUSE U NEED TO FIND THESE PEOPLE AND BAN THEM FROM THIS GAME BACUSE THATS NOT COOL I SPENT OVER 50$ ON ZEMS

I can't delete my old account so now I am stuck with it I have tried deleting the app and closing all my tabs but when I re download it is my old account if there is anything I need to know please tell me

I am very angry at this platform because, on my old account I had good outfits and clothing and it was a good account then, I went in active for about 2 months because I was on vacation so now I cannot log in because I don’t remember the password, so I go into where I add the phone number and it asks me “Is this your account” with my user, I click “log in” but then it shows me where I typed my user and not my password. I don’t like that you can’t go live on iPads even tho thats your only device you have so could you possibly make it where iPads could please? Also start with some zems because the offers for free zems are not working even tho it is still going and the coin items are not good quality what I like is the zem stuff is very good quality than coin items also gifting people actually zems where they can choose what they want that would be better than person choosing what you get please do some of my ideas please

This app is really fun, but I can’t restart my character so when I try to go back, it doesn’t restart and I have the same character

I love Zepeto it’s an amazing app don’t get me wrong but every time I try to buy zems it says that I need to update the app but I already have or os says contact apple support for more info but there’s nothing wrong with my phone so I think you need to take a look into that.

I’ve been on this app for years at this point and it’s always been a lot of fun and a great way to get creative with friends. However ever since the creator store opened there’s been an issue with everything costing zem and barely anything costing coins so I always end up with hundreds of thousands of coins and nothing to spend them on. It would be nice if there was at least some way to exchange coins for zem but there’s just not. That’s always been something that’s annoyed me but it’s also not the only app/website that does this kind of thing and I do understand that it does need to make money. What’s really been irritating lately is the heavy use of AI across the app. I want to use the app less and less when I go on and see that half of the new poses/templates use AI. And even if I didn’t mind AI the fact is that everything that uses AI looks terrible/makes your avatar look dead. It’s extremely disappointing and I really cannot justify continuing to use an app that is actively making itself worse let alone spending money on it.
