Connections - I’ve use wifi but when entering map, it’s doesn’t allow me to do so. I HAVE to change to cellular data then only it allows me to enter. I have uninstall and reinstall the app and turnout still the same. Checked with other players, same issue as well, they have raised the issue to you guys but the reply “probably your device not support”? So we have to change our device always to play your app? Please fix this. Server disruption - You guys have been updating all the things in the app, but it became worst. 8/8 room became lag, screen stuck while playing, can’t imagine if it is 16/16. You guys been earning a lot from players, why don’t you guys update the server so we can play it without worrying about the lagging? Please fix this. Zems - not only the items that creators selling has been increased drastically, even to purchase the zems have increased too? The game is for +12 years old, how do you guys expect a child merely 12 to 18 years to buy zems? If they are working I wont say anything, but guys, children below 18. Either they ask from their parents, or begging with other players or worst, stealing. Update - Bring back the small player’s profile when you click on the other players. I still don’t understand for what reason you guys make it big and covered almost the whole screen?

I hate the new update as much as I hate people there; they could totally remove you for no reason. When I was in the room, I just stood there, afk, and suddenly I got removed by the host.

Dear zepeto, I have enjoyed the game very much and i have played it for 1 year and 2 years i stopped for a while...when i join back zepeto i go straight to world to find friends... When i join the world... I got kicked out...out and out like the game crashed maybe?... Idk what to do now bc its hard for me to find new friends so i hope u can solve the problome :)

Bring back the chat when you have your phone screen straight,it's difficult to play and read others chat. I'm use to the straight mode chat so landscape mode really makes me uncomfortable to play.
