Played with the T Rex 2 I’m very much enjoying the companion app and currently following a Zepp Coach marathon plan, in lieu of a 50k plan being available to support my current goals. Would love to see this added asap. Appreciate the adaptions the plan makes based on readiness scores and health metrics.
The app is generally well designed and provides a lot of information. However, sleep analysis could be improved. I generally fall asleep within minutes and often awaken briefly after an hour or so (presumably at the end of one cycle). The sleep recorded omits this first period making the total sleep duration far too short. When it does get the total duration correct, the analysis can be puzzling. For instance last night, the watch correctly recorded that I started sleeping a few minutes after the time that I actually went to bed and that I went into period of deep sleep about 25 minutes later. Yet the app comments that I seemed to take long time falling asleep.
Was good but the latest update is awful just bloated rubbish
When it works it’s good but it constantly crashes a few seconds after opening. You can’t report a problem to them via Apple, instead they send you to a website that doesn’t even load. It seems you will spend money on a watch and it will pair just fine but then start crashing after a while, rendering your purchase as almost useless. Don’t waste your money.
I like the app and it works really nicely, but I can’t find the readiness score. After deleting and reinstalling it still is not there. Please fix this!!!
After the latest update the "Exertion" is not working correctly, showing walking as more strenuous than running based on score. Also there is no "Readiness" score as described in the update.
Last update has mucked up all the sleep data. Wrong time going to bed and waking.
Sometimes the sleep monitor is not as accurate as I’d like. If I wake up but don’t get up it counts the time between waking and rising as sleep
For the most part, the app is fine. However, the inability to search for/filter watchfaces in the store according to feature(s) is a major flaw. Instead, you have to scroll through hundreds (possibly thousands) of watchfaces based on inexplicably pointless categories - there seems to be a huge overlap of the type of watchfaces in each category. For example, you’ll find watchfaces which are basically the same in both the ‘Sense of Technology’ and ‘BizStyle’ categories (and these category titles are seemingly arbitrary). I’m not sure why a seemingly basic element of functionality is missing, other than a cynical attempt to get people to scroll endlessly and buy more watchfaces, to find something they like. I hope nobody falls for this
App is ok but no different to all the others. Updates are few and far between and the watch faces need to be appealing.
