Mixed quality of classes
I’ve been trying the beginner reformer series this week. I can’t argue that the app is great value for money, but the quality of teaching is variable, hence the rating. It would be great to give in app feedback on classes.

Love the workouts and seeing a real change in my body after only a couple of weeks!! Some of the videos seem to have not been fully edited with pauses or gaps in the workout. Minor point though - the content is all great!
The only excericise classes I really enjoy and actually stick too!
I’ve always been someone that dips in and out of exercise, trying various gyms and classes etc.. but I’ve finally found something that has really engaged me. After finding Zero Gravity Pilates during the 1st lockdown. I downloaded the app as soon as it was available and now exercise 5-6 times a week. The variety and quality of classes is unique, which means you never get bored and you can easily locate the type of workout that to want to do. Would highly recommend.
Thanks to Zero Gravity I have developed a love for Pilates! I cannot believe how much content is included for so little cost a month. Do not hesitate to download and sign up! Your body will change and so will your mindset! Thank you Zero Gravity! I cannot wait to start the Winter Warrior! Strong mind and body.
