I’ve tried everything to connect it but it wouldn’t connect, not manually on the app and I don’t know how to get the QR code either. It’s connected on my Bluetooth, the calibre pro for phone But the watch isn’t connecting onto the app. It keeps on saying to restart both the devices and that make sure Bluetooth is turned on, I’ve done all of that yet it’s still not connecting.

Tried almost every thing but couldn’t connect the watch with phone. Its a year ago that app was updated

This is the worst company ever I have purchased 2 of these watches as gifts both had a fault my relatives complaint to me i i was so embarrassed i took them back I submitted both there complains called the costumer center these are the worst people

I recently purchased the Revoltt watch, hoping for a reliable and efficient smart device. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. From the very beginning, the watch failed to connect with the accompanying app, both via QR code and manual attempts. Despite following all instructions meticulously, the connection issue persisted, rendering the watch essentially useless.

I dont know what to say ! I want to change my watch face but unfortunately watch is not connecting to the app plss fix this issue as soon as possible 🫠
