Horrible experience

App hangs in between while placing or exiting orders. Lagging experience. On top of that there is no response from customer support for any query.

Not user friendly

Trying to login / signup but no luck. Not accepting the OTP received.

Issues remain unresolved/ Bugs

Page on the website and app not working. Unable to view charts on the app. The website too does not show any login details.

Not working in iphone with airtel network

This app is not working on my iphone when i am connected through data provided by Airtel. Always i get error @there is some network error between cdsl and internet service provider.

Very very cheap app

Its just helping the market. A**hole app it is. Never hit the sl or target. Always wait for market to move. Very Very bad app

Margin for MIS and Normal option

Kindly add Margin required for the MIS and Normal option in the mobile app. The above option available in the web application but not in the IOS.

Highly recommend

The functionality in both platforms are excellent When will you introduce night theme in Kite Desktop.

Can’t use drawing tools in TradingView chart.

I am not able to use the drawing tools like trend lines, rectangle and other similar tools on the trading view chart. I am using IOS 13 on my I pad. Please look to the issue as it is causing lot of problems for me. Thanks.

Need immediate bug fix

The concept & UI is great but need speed. The app is behaving sluggish and crashing/hanging. Other than that it is very good effort. As a frequent user, I personally find the “App” tab is hindrances while switching between the other tabs like watchlist ,portfolio etc. It will be much better if the “app” tab can be placed in the user profile instead. Thanking you!
