i already download the apps..but the apps cannot connect to my watch

Palm Recognition
Cannot detect my palm motion. Cannot turn off the switch of palm recognition. My watch also cannot detect and cannot show the tome automatically. Fix this ASAP.
Push Notification
No notification when used. Used to have.
Morning alarm
Dont have alarm for wakeup every morning
Reformat or delete alarm
How to reformat bracelet at least i can delete alarm. After set alarm, my bracelet no more show as look before even i disable alarm.

Cannot login..always unknown error try to login or re-register...
Not getting full messages
The app is great. Only thing is when it's connected to the device, it doesn't display the whole message that was received. It used to be fine until the update on the app. Pls fix it
