Been using this app for a number of years, has always been flawless. Such a shame to see that the dark mode has disappeared recently… hope this gets addressed soon!

How can it be so bad?

Gerlands on

United Kingdom

I wanted to use tap to pay on iPhone using an iPhone 14 Pro Max, latest iOS version and all that… If I put less than £1 it tells me that the min amount is £1, and if I put anything like £1 and above it tells me amount is too high and the max amount is £0.00 Totally idiotic, now I understand how SumUp took over what once was the only player in this space. Well done PayPal for buying and ruining iZettle!

Impossible to take payments on the phone

Rooesh123456789 on

Really not user friendly. Impossible to enable manual card entry to take payments on the phone Despite following instructions and making a payment with the card reader via tap it does not enable the manual card entry in the app

Keep it simple

If you have a list of instructions for connecting devices, make sure that those instructions match what it says in the devices! Not Clear!

Since the last update printing receipts has become problematic with blank sheets, printer not being remembered etc
