Zeus Street GreekApp Reviews

What?

McFunkMuffin on

Australia

It worked until they updated their app. Now it doesn’t. You’d think the opposite would occur. Strange how life does that sometimes.

Worse than Uber eats

Australia

If I could give 0 stars I would Ordered 50$ through the app - never arrived Rang through after 120mins - told that it’s Ubers fault….. considering I never ordered through Uber. Sounds like a Zeus problem. Never tried to rectify the issue - I’ve lodged as an illegal charge to my credit card

Easy

Easy to navigate and clear thanks

Reward Points Removed

EJ-BN on

Australia

After ordering on the app specifically so I could get loyalty points they’ve completely wiped the points and disabled the rewards feature. The rewards page in the app is just blank. Don’t bother with this.

Arrived cold, poor customer service

Obstacle4 on

Australia

The meal arrived cold to the point the yoghurt dressing had congealed! Upon reading the other reviews it sounds like the delivery component has major logistical issues. The app directs you to call the store, except that the store attendants are too busy serving customers. They told me to take it up with Uber directly, but they don’t have a record of my order as I ordered it through this app. Further, this app has no option to lodge a complaint like the Uber eats app does - but if you order via Uber eats you pay a premium of 30-40%. My suggestion to developers is to let Uber eats do what they do best and fairly price on their app. $21 for a pita wrap is a shocking mark up for something you’d pay £7 for in Greece. Zeus himself would be rolling on Mount Olympus! My other suggestion is for the kitchen to be mindful of delivery driver ETA.

Don’t understand why they switched to this app

Rewards can’t be applied properly, interface is much more confusing than the previous one

Disgrace

Smacdstewart on

Australia

I’ve never written a review before but this app is awful. Zero stars if I could. I gave up and went to Betty’s instead.

Love their food, but this app isn’t it

JessieNell on

Australia

I ordered food but the DoorDash Driver cancelled. That change appeared on the app, and I figured Doordash would supply another driver - but there was no communication from the store, nothing about this in the Help Guide, and I submitted a support request but got no response. I finally rang the store, but there was no answer - they’d closed a couple of minutes earlier. I submitted another support request, and had to place an order for food with UberEats. Nearly 24 hours after I submitted my order, I have received a form email about a refund, but it’ll take 3-5 days for the money to appear in my bank account. No apology for the lack of driver, no offer of anything for my next order… pretty disappointed, especially because the food is so great (when you get it). If I order from ZSG again, I’ll do it through UberEats and accept the higher delivery cost as the price of knowing it will definitely arrive. But I’ll also try some other Greek places, and see how I go.

Even worse than old app

gjlamb on

Australia

This new app is even worse than the old app. I generally eat in and the dine in option didn’t work and said I couldn’t get delivery to this address while I was standing inside the store. Sauce sides isn’t on the menu to choose either.

Old app useless - no libration path and no comms

curious10 on

Australia

I’m confused there was another version of this app powered by Loke. There was no communication there was a completely different app and the old app doesn’t work anymore I’m very concerned about my details and payment information. A big fail in communcating what is going on. As well, what about my previous reward points in the old Loke app?
