This is one app that works poorly, never get the routes that come thru. A waste of time so don’t give your information to this app.

This app started well in San Diego area and getting decent orders. But right now is impossible get an order when it appears someone else has taken it in less than 1 second ! I have tried with several methods until be more than 1 refreshing the app and when the order appears someone else has taken it again in less that 1 second so, it is impossible…. It means someone or several people is using bots also I have seen same complaints in other foros or groups in Facebook and support don’t take care about. It is unfair …. If you don’t want to spend your time …. Stay away from it

So far, there’s always an opportunity and I guess the only issue I have is a small glitch whenever I receive an order it takes 5 to 10 seconds to pop up in my screen other than that I like it if you have any issues, they instantly help you out on the support team is amazing and good things to say about this

The app is a terrible payer. It takes too long. Once a week.

Orders would pop up as a notification but never show up on the screen or would send a order saying needs to be picked up at 10:00 o clock but the order is offered at 9:50 o clock across town then when you ask them about it they say there isn’t anything they can do about it mmhmmm!

This company sees its employees as slaves to egypt. And as a driver you have no say you dont have a any rights. They can do whatever they want to you regardless of their policies. If you are not a silent slave who does everything, they will not work with you. If there is a problem with their system, they do not even bother to respond to you when you report it.

Smoke screen company. You will never get a job that comes across on the app. Whenever you see the job and click Accept, it says the job is no longer available. It happens no matter how fast you click. The software is faulty at best! Uninstall!
