Why can’t I log in and find my account? Please fix it.

App Error

Can't use the app. "Invalid data/access" keeps popping. I tried to logout and re-login but it's the same.

The new update isn’t good nor convenient.. It gives a hard time to earn, for tutors it is earn then use... 🤷🏻‍♀️

Poor

I was trying to open my ziktalk app but I can’t open it anymore it says invalid data. What happen to my account? After I qualified as a tutor and then I have so many referrals you will invalid my account. How dare you!

Can't receive calls

Iphone users can't receive calls. Please fix it.

Really interesting but constantly crashing

Whenever I try to send pictures or videos or even post such, it suddenly crashes and closes. I couldn’t even receive calls which would left my students disappointed.
