ZINK Print Studio for iPhone

Scam of a product. Printer is app driven. The app crashes all the time and is flaky when it does work. The manufacturer obviously has given up on this app and it pisses me off that I have rolls of paper not to mention the printer. Seriously they should be ashamed of themselves. Fail!

How can I set it up to a Wi-Fi that does not work? Why can I not use my Wi-Fi that does work?

The app crashes every time I try to import a picture. This app is simple and should at least work for those who bought this product. Fix it, please!

Same issues of connectivity problems, limited ability to even connect with my stored photos. I’ll think twice before buying a product from ZINK in the future and that’s the only way to have any impact as a consumer. The hardware and tapes are not inexpensive.

Since I can’t setup the printer on my WiFi, the device is useless. Please fix this for iOS 13.2

Safe your money, app won't open just replays intro over and over again. Waste of money.

I like the printer EXCEPT that after every single print, it disconnects from the WiFi and it is a process of turning WiFi off shutting down the ipad then shutting down the printer. Then reopening everything and HOPING that it works....which even then is hit or miss. Then print the next one and start all over. Worst investment in a printer. Good concept. Poor execution.

The general idea of the product is great. On the other hand the app is constantly crashing, you have to make sure all apps and phone is upto date and if the app still crashes (which it will)then you have to reinstall the app and risk loosing some or all of your work. If you have the app on 2 devices be careful what items you download cause they can’t be on both. It takes almost 1 minute to print 1 item so make sure you call out of work and lock yourself away from the world if you need to print multiple items. I thought the app was easy to use but a good bit of the items in your store are tricky to use if you accidentally move it to the back of other images. You lose A LOT of the paper. It ends when there is a well over an inch left in the roll and every time you kiss (swipe and cut) the picture it uses more of the paper. Like I said the general idea of this product is great but not worth the money or time. I would not recommend this to anyone until the company fixes the issues with the machine and app. O yea, good luck trying to call CS with their funky hours and then getting someone that you can understand and can’t answer your questions if it’s not in their “How to” manual.

Why in god's name would I have to sit through a long and unskippable video before I can use the app?!?!? And then, the app crashes?!?!? Seriously. Are you telling me not ONE person in charge was like: yo, why the unskippable video? This isn't 2001!

It will no longer connect over WiFi or directly, no response from support.
