the zelle app insists that I use the zions app but the zions app flags all zelle payments as fraud.

What the heck, then fix your software or make it a little more flexible

Mobile deposit used to work, but every update to make it smarter has made it less reliable until now it no longer works. I get different errors for every check I try to deposit. This makes the app mostly useless to me.

Biometric login is such a joke. If you ever figure out how to get it working, it stops again after a while with no obvious way to get it working again. Not a good bank either. They nickel and dime you to death.

Haven’t had the mobile deposit work in months. Getting fed up. Worked fine before the last few updates now it’s constant errors.

This app rejects 50% of my checks so I have to go to the bank to pay in myself. Defeats most of the purpose of having the app for convenience. Used to accept handwritten checks but no longer does, or even if a check is printed slightly misaligned.

Biometric logins don’t work and haven’t worked for months, and now manual logging in doesn’t work. How the heck are we supposed to use online banking through an app that doesn’t work 70% of the time?

Often I get ‘It looks like we are having trouble loading the application. Please check your network connectivity or try again later. Error code 1003.’ This happens repeatedly. I can ping to sites on the internet fine. I can use the zionsbank.com web site fine. I have lots of memory available on my phone. My phone is supported and running the latest version of iOS, too. Just another poorly-written app. Too bad. The changes to the web site are also mostly in a retrograde direction with lost features and bloated presentation and function and even inaccurate and deceptive results. Customer Service is not helpful here nor is the developer responsive to issues in my experience. It is so sad.

I love this app, but every time I try to login using Face ID, it says “An error occurred while trying to login using biometric data” so I have to type in my password. Very annoying.
