App is so crappy.
The app is so confusing to use. Try it for yourself and you will understand. I would have given it a zero if it had had one. :(
Broken OCR
Please fixing OCR. It can’t use to reading my passport
App not efficient
I see price available for 4. I do step by step until payment step. I wanna convert my JAL point for use as discount but unfortunately show system error. System cannot go back to payment page, only close the window and start it again but sadly. Price what I want not available anymore. Even price still available the I have to do step by step again for all 4. So in overall I think app still quite not flexible, error occurring and a lot process to do.
迷子になる、反応が遅い
チェックインをするのに同じページに何度も遷移し、その都度入力を求められる。反応も極めて遅く昔のアプリっぽいです。
全然使えない
白い画面で固まったまま なーんにもできません ログインすらできませんね
使えない
モバイルチェックインをしようと画面を開いても真っ白な画面しか出てこず、とにかく動きが悪い。かなりストレス。、
とにかく重い、遅い
アプリひとつで予約管理やチェックインまでできるので便利なのですが、とにかく重く、動作が驚くほど遅い。待ち時間が長く、その間に他のことをしているとセッションタイムアウトになり膨大なタイムロスです。
DSのほうが早いわ
