I don’t think I’ve ever used software this poorly made. I’ve been using smart locks for six years and this is the only lock I have ever purchased that I have to factory reset it every freaking day. If they can’t get a fix to this app I’m going to buy another lock and I will never buy from them again. The whole point of having a smartlock is to be able to control your house and how can I control my house if I don’t have any records because I have to factory reset the lock every day

Return the lock and buy a TTLock

I have been trying to reach you, it is asking for administrator code which I can’t set up, I tried to reset it so many times but still asking for that code. What’s the phone that I can call for installation help?

Downloaded app. It tried to open, then black screen.

My door won’t open I try to put in the password but it won’t press no sound nothing... the app says connection lost please help
