How to return this printer! i can’t use it even for once! the problem is the app it’s not working!

When I smell garbage all I can think is this app. Not useful at all.

Been using this for almost a year, and honestly, everyday was a challenge! I am an ios user and I need to try several times just to print 1 copy. Hope you can fix this soon enough.
Can't delete unwanted files
It doesn't give any options to delete unwanted files.

Using iPhone 13 Promax. Not printing. Waste of time.
NO WATERMARK OPTION
No option to print your awb with watermark. Specially watermark like COD
