I tried getting in my existing account, which contains 100+ passwords (I am in IT) and worked wonderfully up until this last update! I tried login in online and could not get in there either! It suddenly did not recognize my login details. So there I was, locked out of my vault, not being able to get into my own working environments! But @Zoho supported me within a couple of hours in person. And after some efforts, we got it back working again! So Zoho Vault is to be trusted, even when you think you have lost it all 😎

I’ve used a few other PW tools in the past and vault works similarly. Not sure it’s any “better” than the alternatives, but as a Zoho One user, it is a great fit for our organization and for me personally.

I am finding ZoHo very reliable and easy to use.
