I was really looking forward to purchasing clothing from this company and spent quite a bit of time finding the right items and sizes with my daughter. We kept receiving coupon codes as we shopped. None of them worked. Not one. Their chat does not work on desktop or app and they do not respond to emails. The whole experience feels like a scam. We shopped elsewhere.

I ordered 6/14 from your company and have not heard a thing from you jerks! I will never order again from you ever! You must be located in bum f&$#ing Egypt for all we know but you are not interested in your customers! The mail moves faster than you people! NEVER AGAIN AND I WANT A REFUND,
It has been 3 Months and we are STILL waiting for my Order! It was just a top! Discovered another Site that has the SAME top and GARANTEED Delivery within 2 weeks, or they pay you $5 for every Day it is late. Our 3rd order was 3 days late and we received $15! It’s been three weeks and I am Still waiting for my order. I did receive an email stating three out of the 5 tops I order were being shipped . I sent an email Asking about the long wait. They stated they were coming from Asia( not sure how long the boat ride will take ) and had to clear customs in California then it would be 7-10 from California. I have over 100.00 in clothes waiting in my cart but I just cannot see using this App when I can get just as good quality or even better from Amazon, and it will arrive within days.
