After the last update the game stuck, specially when I want to collect something. And also I cannot play that much cause there’s no crystals left so I don’t have tools to play

I usually like the game but the last update was fine until I almost finished playing the soccer island. Then it got stuck utter the first screen of the soccer players. I play on iPhone 7+. Why can I send a ticket only to Facebook from the App Store page? I can’t do it from the game (it’s stuck!) and on the App Store when I press App Support it brings me straight to Facebook. I don’t work with Facebook! Please give us more options, like email.
