Lost all my progress & in-app purchases when I upgraded to a new phone

Worse part is that I have spent some money on the game and thought that it would all be saved on game center but when I re-downloaded the game on my new Iphone everything is gone and I have to start from the beginning. Game doesn't even have a restore in-app purchases option

This game is designed like, that you have to buy things otherwise you can’t play. The very idea of designing a game like that is enough to give the least rating. Must abandon games like this.
