I’ve used the Zonda iPad app for several years now and have found it to be very useful in quickly viewing important housing and economic data while on the road or at my desk. I’ve found that the project information, monthly sales data and real-time model home pricing notifications to be very valuable. Zonda has recently added a desktop partner data platform called Enterprise not only has the iPad data, but also includes a host of additional robust search capabilities.

The iPad App is extremely useful for anyone needing local, regional or national housing & residential new construction data. Easily access data & reports. Great for meetings, out in the field, or on the go. When I get back to my desk I can use the desktop version for really diving into my analysis.

New update won’t open on my iPad! Need for work, please correct. iPad up to date w latest OS.

The Zonda application streamlines our property research process and provides information in an easy to read format. It is simple to use and provides all of the market data I need to make a preliminary evaluation of a property. I love it. Plus it spits out a graph of whatever data I'm looking for and I can easily insert into PowerPoint.

A homebuilder must have. It saves us time with our quarterly reporting. Anyone can use it.

This looks to be a good CRE app, which is why I downloaded it. Upon opening it it asked for email & password, but no option to register if new. Went to website and no where on there either. I am assuming they want you to contact them so they can try to sell you some ridiculously expensive package to register. Unless I missed it, there was nothing in the distribution of the app that stated that you needed to register and pay for anything, which it really should state.
