This app shows you your exercise intensity using your real-time heart rate, and it has four heart rate zones to understand your exercise intensity at a glance.

• PEAK - for improving performance and speed.
• CARDIO - for improving cardio endurance.
• FAT BURN - For longer exercise. Predominantly uses fat for energy.
• WARM UP - For preparation and recovery.

With these four zones, you can start heart rate training very easily and quickly.
You don't have to remember your target heart rate or intensity %.

Ich habe zahlreiche Apps verglichen. Für die unkomplizierte Anzeige der wesentlichen Parameter beim laufen am besten geeignete App für mich. Einfach und unkompliziert zu bedienen.

I really like the app and it is very functional, for paddle sports the distance and possibly the altitude meters would be my wish.

Bought die app to track how many minutes of training I am doing per week with a heart rate higher than 130, since this was the amount of training suggested by my doc. I like the weekly summary but I would appreciate it if you could implement the possibility to set duration goals for Trainings above a certain heart rate. Btw I am using the Apple Watch gen 4 and it works just fine.
