Slight 'hiccup' in the apps nav, but driver understanding & courteous😁👍!

The driver took his own time to start moving. He kept me waiting for a very long pick up time. He was on a call throughout the trip that he even missed my junction. I had to prompt him to stop and reverse back because he was not paying attention to the map. I don’t want him as my driver when I request for your service again. He is not professional at all I regret sitting in his cap.

I have used these taxes a few years times now to get to work Haven’t had to wait to long for a taxi and the drivers are always polite and friendly . Would definitely recommend this firm

First time we’ve used Zoom Cars in Bristol. They were a third the price of Uber! Came within 10 mins. Great service. Will be using this service from now on.

Same as previous review, had a flyer, downloaded app- no taxi available for any journeys- told to prebook- can’t do that either. Waste of time

I got a flyer through the post and thought to download it as I always use Uber every single day and so I wanted to see if these were cheaper. It doesn’t matter where I’m Bristol you type to and from it all goes to unavailable and please try pre booking. You do this and it still does nothing. I added my bank card in and even that didn’t even work. This app really needs looking at before sending flyers out.

Tried it because of discount code flyer I got, but somehow it charged me just for adding a card - in the end it costs the same as Uber because of that. LOL
