ZoomNotes is the most comprehensive visual note-taking app with huge zoom range. Make handwritten notes and sketches on virtual paper, huge WhiteBoards , PDF files, images and MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents (via GoogleDrive). Sync your documents between your iPad and iPhone with iCloud.

This unique feature allows you to use ‘pages within pages’. This allows you to use sticky-notes and enables the creation of hierarchical visual files. You can also insert whole pdf files as sub-pages, or import pages from other ZoomNotes documents into a sub-page.
BOOKMARKS
Bookmarks allow you save views in your documents, and then return to them at a later date. There are animated playback facilities to allow you to present with or to create videos from your document.
LINKS
Add links between pages, and even between documents. This lets you create your own digital planners, enhance imported pdf planners or create indices.
SPLIT_SCREEN
Edit and view two documents side by side (or above and below). You can now also have 2 views of the same document.
CALENDAR EVENTS
Add events/reminders linked to your documents, possibly with alarms. The URL in the event links back to the document in ZoomNotes.
HUGE ZOOM RANGE, WHITEBOARD MODE
Zoom in and out without arbitrary limits including rotated views.
LAYERS
Layers let you control what is visible on a page, also options for 'master layers' which show on all pages.

Enter typed text via keyboard; with a wide range of fonts and font sizes, font colours, fills and borders. Text can be entered at all zoom scales and can be selected and moved, scaled and rotated.
RECORD AND PLAYBACK SOUNDS

Just fantastic! Almost too good!!
ZoomNotes is by far the best note taking app I have ever used. (And I have used a lot). Infinite pages, rulers, sooooo many features and soooooo much customisation. It is just fantastic. You can import images, video’s, scanned documents, and you can zoom in and out as far is you want. Handwriting to text, make a graph from a table, subdocuments and sooooo much more. The only bad thing about this app is the kind of outdated UI, but the experience of the app definitely makes up for this. Really, almost everything you can think about, ZoomNotes has. It takes some time to learn everything in this app, but once you have used it for a while, you cant go without. Please give this app a try!

I always used goodnotes before but this is so much better!
Super app.
For me first hand writing and annotation app that has all the functionality I needed/wanted. Lots of settings are possible. Disadvantage is a learning curve. Look and feel differs from the majority.
Really great
This program was already good, but now it is great and mature. Everything is in there: very nice and smooth pens, palm protection, infinite zoom, infinite paper(!), sharing via Evernote, copy/paste to other programs (handy for adding figures to your documents) etc. I used to use different note programs (notes plus, goodnotes, ...) next to each other, but now everything is merged into one program. BTW, the developer submits updates frequently and responds to your emails very quickly. Well done!
Best planner app ever!
I have to say I am really surprised at all the possibilities, what a relief to be able to do everything you can in a paper planner and so much more!
