It is awesome apps and I am proud to use this apps from nz.

I would love to do more Zoomy as a Partner but sometimes i wait like 3-4 hrs to get my first ride . It is a decent platform to make fair earnings. Please do some promotions & raise fares so that we can make a living . Customers do create a lot of problems like Bullying, loud music & talks . We are also human beings & need rest after our shift. Try to add more customers & review the features in APP. We need more transparency like Wait-time on App & fare average also . Show the queue size at Airport . We need priority rides like other Apps as well . These are my recommendations Kind Regards Abhishek Prashar

I tried my best to support nz owned, but the pay after expenses was significantly lower than the other apps, so I quit, I voiced my concerns, I even suggested improvements to increase earnings, to be ignored. I was expected to accept trips far away, expecting me to work for free and losing me money, or be fired for having a low acceptance rate, so chose to quit, Uber and ola pay a lot better. Now I see they sold themselves to the taxis, was a funny article, taxis saying they will cut prices even further, I can’t imagine many lasting at $1.35km as there current rates are $3.50km. And saying they will start offering better service. Your a bit late, you already have a failed ihail app, now your bought a failed zoomy app, Good luck in your ventures, I give it a year, all of zoomys riders liked it being nz owned and no cars were sign written taxis, but now that will all change, Riders like to be discreet, not let friends or neighbors see them leave or come home in a taxi, they felt safer
