The prices are great! The delivery time is great! The choice is amazing but I find it very hard to navigate the website/App and find it quite confusing.
Earning freebies is good!
What’s great is you need to feed your pet, get enough so you get free delivery, then get points! Spend points in treats and toys … happy days! Get the app and enjoy more money off rewards!
Very efficient!
I’ve been using Zooplus for a few years now & have found them to be efficient especially if there’s been any issues with the orders or delivery. I spend roughly £40-£70 every 6 weeks of so mostly ordering food, kitty litter/trays, toys & treats. I’ve also recommended them which is a rare event for me. Keep up the great standards Zooplus. Love your products & you seem to listen to customer feedback & needs too! That’s a massive bonus in this day & age in my opinion.

Swap success
I swapped our two GSDs onto this, first added dry kibble to existing diet then added the WOW wet food to kibble, so fed up with the fuss and worry of raw… was worried but to my utter relief (fingers crossed) the literally “WOLFed” it down!! I’m delighted :-) Zooplus so much better value than a m a z o n Super happy! Next step a repeat order and that’s even cheaper :-)
