ZooZee is an intelligent vacuum robot equipped with autonomous localization and navigation ability. With its bright eyes (the laser range scanner) and brilliant brain (the core algorithm chip), it explores its surrounding environment automatically and plans an ideal path for sweeping.

[Spot Sweeping]
You can choose a point on the map where you want ZooZee to sweep. Once click the Start button, ZooZee will automatically go to the chosen place and start sweeping that area.
[Set Sweeping Area]
You can set one or more sweeping areas on the map via ZooZee mobile application and name for each one. Each area support to set its sweeping times respectively.
[Software Virtual Wall]
You can add one or more software virtual walls on the map via ZooZee mobile application to limit the working area of ZooZee. Without additional accessories like beacons, save your labor, time and money.
[Restricted Area]
You can add one or more restricted areas on the map via ZooZee mobile application. Once you add the areas successfully, ZooZee will not enter those areas during sweeping and the restricted areas will be saved for future usage, so you don’t need to set it repeatedly.
[Task Resume]
If the ZooZee battery gets lower than 20%, it will automatically go back to the charging station to fully recharge itself and then automatically return to where it left off and complete the rest task.
[Restart Localization]
If ZooZee is moved elsewhere manually or unexpectedly during sweeping, it will restart localization. Once ZooZee restarts localizing itself successfully, it will resume t

The ZOOZEE robot works great when it’s actually working. Unfortunately, linking it to the app does not better the experience in fact it takes away from it. Firstly the app can be very unresponsive when attempting to use operations like smart partition, restricted areas, v-wall, and Auto explore. All these modes or operations are found on the app and when used do not function as intended. I have found when I set it to auto explore sometimes it will explore and the map will overlay over a previous map making it a jumbled mess. And now (about 6 months since purchase)when I try to use smart partition it brings an error message saying “smart partition is disabled you may use sweep partition to open this feature”. “sweep partition” is not a feature available in the app or the robot it is nonexistent. Essentially the smart partition setting which I used to clean selected rooms in a certain order is now gone permanently and I don’t understand why. Overall if the app and its functions worked as intended in harmony with the robot it would be a much better investment.

Good app, but I went a few months without using it and now I can’t link this to my Alexa anymore. Don’t see see the option to make it connect

User agreement
User agreement box is grayed out, so I can’t agree to the terms, which means I can’t get the app to work at all!
Insists I install a non-existent firmware update..
Keeps telling me there’s firmware for me to install when there isn’t any; creates an inescapable loop which totally prevents me from interacting with my Z70.

Great app and vacuum
I bought the vacuum, and then got worried when I saw the low ratings on the app. However, the app works fine! I'm unsure of why the rating is so low. So don't let it scare you away from buying the vac. It works great! The only gripe I have is that I wish the app allowed two users, but that's not a deal breaker.
Suggestion
Could you make it so that more than one user can be logged into the app at the same time?
Despite some bugs which are not showstoppers, I appreciate the continued improvements and updates. It’s a good product, and I am impressed with the product. It’s not easy to make something like this, and I think they are doing a good job.
The app is fine!
Honestly there can be some room for improvement with the English instructions and what does what on the app. But everything is working for me. This robot is awesome! Maps the room perfectly, the app updates the firmware just fine. Lots of features. You can see your freaking residence like a video game map! Just awesome. Should’ve gotten one of these long ago!
Good machine but very bad App and user interface.
This app is very poorly written and even more poorly documented. The vacuum ZOOZEE work very well, but very hard to control with this software. For example, there is no Stop button, “Paused” actually pauses the vacuum. Often, the vacuum cannot find the charging station. I can go on… I hope that the next version the App will be better.
