With the Mijn zorg-app you can take care of everything related to your health insurance with a.s.r. yourself.
After logging in you have direct insight into:
• your insurance
• your healthcare costs and reimbursements
• the status of the insurance excess
• paid and outstanding invoices
• digital mail
In addition, with the app you can easily:
• claim healthcare costs by taking a photo of the invoice or uploading the digital invoice
• pay outstanding invoices with iDEAL
• change your insurance or personal details

Inloggen met digi-d lukt niet
Na updaten kom ik niet meer ingelogd mbv digi-d, bljjft foutmelding geven..
Na update verslechterd
Werkt erg slecht. Na app update niet meer mogelijk om in te loggen of op de contact pagina te komen.
Pin code error!
It doesn’t work when we login via DigiD because it doesn’t accept the pin code even if it’s correct! The weird thing is that there is no other alternative ways to login!

Goede app
Mooi overzichtelijk alles op een rij. Mis alleen de functie om in één oogopslag te kunnen zien hoeveel fysio behandelingen ik nog te goed heb. Dus concreet: een functie die de behandelingen inzichtelijk maakt. Dit kan een staafdiagram zijn of een andere visuele representatie ervan. Ook fijn de rekeningen via iDeal te kunnen betalen wat mij betreft een (bijna) complete app.
Can’t log in into my account
I set a password and it says it’s incorrect right away. I only have a few days left until I have to have my insurance done/paid, and it’s been over a week trying to contact you and your service. Please, i want to pay and have a damn insurance.

Never had an issue with the insurance but for the love of god, make your app to support English language. It's nothing hard.
